prh.ymlの更新
翻訳中に表記ゆれを発見したため、以下のルールをprh.ymlに追加:
「みなさん」への統一
皆様/皆さん/みな様→みなさん「すばらしい」への統一
素晴らしい/素晴しい→すばらしいこれにより、v21.mdの翻訳と同時に、既存ドキュメント全体でも表記が統一されました（
pnpm lint --fixにより35箇所を自動修正）。備考
